How quickly will I receive my skin?
Typically all orders placed by 3:00pm EST will ship the next business day!
Do you offer bulk discounts?
If you are interested in ordering more then 25 skins you may qualify for a quantity discount. Contact our Customer Care department for more details.
Can I reorder without having to re-design my product?
Yes. We keep your design on file so you can re-order at any time.
How will my order ship?
For most orders we ship using UPS. We have found them to be the most reliable for our customers. You can choose the shipping method of your choice during checkout.
Can I return my product?
All of our products are customized to your specific needs. It is for this reason we can not offer you the option to return your products. However, if there is a problem with the quality or workmanship of the product, we will remake your product for you.
What is a skin?
Our skins are made of exact cut vinyl with a special self-adhesive backing that allows for easy positioning and installation.
Can I remove a skin?
Yes, our skins are both easy to install and remove with out damaging the device. Each skin comes with complete installation and removal instructions.
Can you remove the skin and re-use it?
No, after the adhesive sets it is not possible to preserve the integrity of the skin when removing it.
Does it affect my devices warranty?
No, all of our skins are applied over the top with no disassembly of your device.
